I would want to submit my future completed DNP practice change project to the Journal of Nursing Administration (JONA) for publication. This scientific peer-reviewed publication is an excellent pick because of its emphasis on nursing leadership, innovation, and evidence-based practice. Compared to other professional publications, JONA strongly emphasizes nursing administration and leadership, making it an excellent venue for highlighting a DNP practice change initiative. The journal publishes original research, quality improvement projects, and case studies that contribute to advancing nursing practice and leadership in healthcare settings. Publishing research in a reputable journal allows one to reach a specific audience of nursing leaders, administrators, and educators interested in novel approaches to improving patient care outcomes (Ancker et al., 2021).

Manuscripts must adhere to the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) criteria. Because of its emphasis on nursing leadership, innovation, and evidence-based practice, I chose the Journal of Nursing Administration (JONA) to publish my prospective completed DNP practice change project.
