Developed a Practicum Project that helped improved confort of new nurses with Death and Dying. Implemented a Project to improve the throughput of outpatient procedure patients to help decompress the hospital during times of high census. Successfully completed the Nurse Leader Residency program. My ED sepsis Project saved lives and changed the entire culture of the ED.
