Evidence-Based Practice Project Proposal: Implementation Plan
The process of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is a cyclical and iterative one, and as such, the implementation steps should be viewed as a general guide rather than a definitive blueprint. In the perinatal women (P), will the treatment of a hypertension crisis with the recommended medication within 60 min (I), compared to current standardized practices (C) improve maternal outcomes/prevent complications (O) within 6 months (T).

In other cases, a hypertension may be managed through lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise. Access to treatment for a hypertension can vary depending on the location or country in which you live. In some places, medications may be available over-the-counter at pharmacies, while in others you may need to see a doctor.

One key challenge will be ensuring that all stakeholders are on board with the plan and understand their roles and responsibilities (Rahmayanti et al., 2020). Another potential obstacle will be resistance from employees who may not want to change their current working procedures. It will be important to provide clear guidelines and timelines for implementation, as well as regular updates on progress, in order to keep everyone informed and motivated. To overcome these barriers, it is important to have a backup plan in place in case of unforeseen complications. By anticipating potential challenges and having a roadmap for addressing them, there are increased chances of eliminating numerous challenges.
Establish the Feasibility of the Implementation Plan
The feasibility of an implementation plan will vary depending on the specific context and situation. However, in general, it is important to consider all of the relevant factors when planning for a successful implementation. Some key factors to consider include: the availability of resources (e.g., funding, personnel, equipment), the feasibility of training and/or recruitment of staff, logistical considerations (e.g., location, timing), and stakeholder involvement and support (Cullen et al., 2017). It is also important to have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the project, as well as a realistic assessment of the potential challenges and obstacles that may be encountered along the way. Given the above resources, the implementation of this project is feasible.
