One of the main problems with weak primary care is that patients do not often receive the right treatment at the right time, which can lead to more serious health problems further down the line. This can be costly for individuals, families, and societies as a whole. There are many ways to improve primary care, but one of the most important is to ensure that everyone has access to quality healthcare services. This means investing in adequate resources (such as staff and equipment), as well as ensuring that people have the necessary knowledge and skills to use those resources. Innovative care methods have improved the health of the world’s population by enhancing the quality of healthcare workers’ training to treat various diseases and health difficulties. Innovative healthcare concepts have therefore diffused over the world. Different healthcare systems have been affected by these concepts over time.
Describe the potential impact of the identified health policy on the role of nurse in each country.	The American nursing profession has been influenced by the Affordable Care Act (Sommers et al., 2020). When it comes to providing patients with high-quality treatment, the policy offers guidelines and clarified the obligations of nurses and all other healthcare personnel.	The responsibilities of nurses participating in the treatment procedures have undergone constant change as a result of National Health Service Policy. Additionally, the policy has changed how nurses are expected to do their duties by implementing new care-related treatment procedures.
Explain how global health issues impact local healthcare organizations and policies in both countries. (Be specific and provide examples)	The healthcare organizations and the healthcare policies have been influenced by the global health challenges, such as illness outbreaks like the coronavirus. During Coronavirus outbreak, local healthcare agencies were unable to provide high quality care.  Additionally, the Affordable Health Insurance Plan (health insurance policy) was unable to cover anyone afflicted by the coronavirus epidemic.	One of the problems with weak primary care is that it can lead to increased use of hospital services. For example, a recent study in Britain found that patients who had a regular family doctor were less likely to need hospital care than those who did not. This is because people with a regular doctor are more likely to get the care and advice they need to stay healthy, and are less likely to end up in the hospital with a serious illness. When primary care is weak, it can also lead to increases in healthcare costs. This is because people with health problems often end up going to the emergency room or see other specialists, which can be very expensive. It can also lead to poorer quality of care, since people may not be able access quality services.
General Notes/Comments	The problem of weak primary care in the US is evident in the fact that the country spends more on healthcare than any other nation, yet ranks poorly in measures of population health. There are a number of reasons for this, but one key issue is that the US has historically placed a greater emphasis on specialization and technology rather than on comprehensive primary care.   This has led to a system where patients often see many different specialists and receive multiple prescriptions, which can be confusing and lead to medication interactions. Nurses should create awareness about these perspectives by engaging in continuous training, workshops or other educational activities so they adhere to the lens while undertaking processes within their job description. Nurses can also use some methods such as advertising through social media platforms.

The incorporation of the global practices into the roles of nurses is essential in ensuring the quality health delivery and adherence to policies. Nurses make up the largest workforce in most healthcare systems and their roles are critical in promoting, achieving, and maintaining good health outcomes. The nursing profession has long been recognized for its standards of practice and commitment to providing quality care. However, with the ever-changing global landscape, it is important that nurses not only understand the local needs but also have a broad understanding of international best practices. This will allow them to effectively provide quality care that meets both local and global standards. As a nurse leader, I will lead workshops and continuous training to ensure adherence to the healthcare policies.

The incorporation of the global perspective or lens can impact my local practice by providing a new understanding of the role of nursing leadership through exposure to different health care systems and cultural beliefs. A global perspective can help nurses develop an appreciation for other cultures and their unique health care systems. Nurses can learn about how other countries organize and staff their health care facilities, as well as the types of treatments and medications used in those countries. When nurses have a broad understanding of the world’s health care systems, they are better equipped to develop innovative solutions to problems faced in their own local practices.
