I successfully applied evidence-based theory and research to treat adult-gerontological patients diagnosed with critical, acute, subacute, and complex chronic conditions. Secondly, I met the objective of synthesizing data from various health resources to manage adult-gerontological patients. To meet this objective, I synthesized data from electronic health records, clinical guidelines, hospital protocols, and medical journals. In addition, I successfully met the objective of analyzing common critical, acute, subacute, and complex chronic care problems to develop prioritized differential diagnoses, make clinical judgments, and recommend appropriate treatments for adult gerontological patients with acute illnesses.
