Evaluate your implementation progress and any successes, barriers, or challenges you are experiencing with your practice change project implementation.
What are you learning about the translational science model you selected as the framework for your project? Evaluation of Implementation Progress
We have seen steady progress as the intervention has been fully implemented without any change to the plan. Three main successes are the high attendance rate, the ever-increasing commitment level, and the mindfulness program’s positive feedback. Nevertheless, the problem of saving resources and sometimes logistics has been raised. The selected translational science, knowledge-to-action model has demonstrated great effectiveness in directing the implementation with the accent put on understandability and experts in the field involvement (Torres et al., 2023). This approach’s greatest competency is its systematic implementation of the research in practice, which correlates fully with the project goals.
