Defining Project Evaluation During the Design Phase

Defining how the project will be evaluated in the design phase of a project is critical for several reasons. According to Rode et al. Lastly, we intend to enhance staff well-being, which will be assessed through reduced burnout scores on validated assessment tools like the Maslach Burnout Inventory, with the process measure involving regular assessments of staff well-being and feedback mechanisms.

The DNP project will employ a comprehensive evaluation approach for its proposed outcome and process measures.
