These patients experience physical and psychological problems, which adversely impact them and their families (Refai et al., 2018). The autonomy of the patients will be upheld by encouraging them to make a free choice on whether or not they can participate in the education program.  Social justice will be upheld by ensuring that intervention is quality, affordable, and accessible to all patients.
