Identify leadership strategies that are critical and effective to the implementation of your project
Theory Model
The classic 4-step approach to strategic planning is effective in installing a Congenital heart unit in a Texas hospital. This model focus on collaboration, data-driven change, and the time of the proposed change (Saruchera, 2022). As of now, the congenital heart unit is the greatest need of the institution, and it would imply that the institution would need a model that would hasten the process of meeting its goals. This theory holds on the opinion that the project team can work through each cycle to ensure that each phase is a success (Alaidaros et al., 2020). The theory also prepares the project for flexibility after the commencement of the project to meet the required objectives or assigned goals. The perfect result of the proposed project would stem from the communication platform developed by this theory throughout the departments. Therefore, the effective achievement of the proposed project would depend on the theoretical model.

Leadership Strategies
Leading in healthcare has its own complexities that require healthcare institutions to adopt a more effective leadership strategy that would support their projects. A leadership platform that supports change has a greater impact on the future existence (Choi et al., 2017). Transformational leadership strategy is one of the most effective strategies that would aid in the success of the proposed project. This type of leadership focus on the ability of each stakeholder in the proposed projects (Siangchokyoo et al., 2020). Besides, it focuses on the communication of the project to all stakeholders on their role in the proposed project. Leadership style is a pillar behind the success of an organization. A leader who encourages, motivates and inspires their employees to innovate effectively grows and shapes an organization’s future success.

Leadership Video Reflection
On the issue of example, I have learned that servant leaders learn progressively. The leaders must continuously grow through learning to undertake the various duties in the organization (Ali et al., 2020). I also learned that leading by example is a type of leadership that a leader should be able to develop what needs to be done by fostering skills through study and practice. Thus, leaders must continuously develop their leadership to achieve the organization’s goals.
On the principle of headship I have learned that headship is about functioning within the set guidelines and policies that bestow them with authority and powers; thus, a rational leader should not abuse power to intimidate followers (Ali et al., 2020). The second lesson learned is that a leader must be orderly in conducting the responsibilities vertically and horizontally. Disorganized leader paralyzes the organizational systems and put followers in disarray.
On the issue of rule, I learned that servant leaders inspire motivation and steer actions in employees. Individual and team performance levels have heightened and ignited innovation through joint partnerships, openness with followers, being honest, and bearing responsibility (Ali et al., 2020). Again, their rule seeks to enhance individual potential, thus tapping into team members’ inner motivation and values.
On the issue of authority, I learned that servant leadership reinforces professional relationships by spending quality time on one-on-one interactions to share with employees on their professional inputs, challenges, and concerns (Ali et al., 2020). These are some of the ways that ne employ to inspire followers. Again, I understood that servant leaders like providing healthy working conditions, providing professional feedback, and rewarding individual members to motivate employees.
On the issue of power, I learned that servant leaders develop the organization and the stakeholders internally and externally (Ali et al., 2020). Again, they stand for the correct principles and policies, and applying the policies across the board without preferences has reinforced trust with followers. Similarly, using principles of justice to all and integrity at all times has encouraged responsibility.
