The purpose of this assignment is for students to complete a case study DNP practice change project implementation during the pandemic. Students create their practice change project each week in detail and discuss the scenarios that may occur in a practice change project. In Week 8, students submit the entire case study document with 8 weeks of completed work.

Instructions
