The leadership traits and styles are consistent with the Christian worldview since the leader seeks to empower the employees and does not put himself at the center. A leader with such traits focuses on improving employees’ skills and abilities and serves them rather than the staff serving the leader (Bush et al., 2020). With servant leadership, the leader challenges employees to improve their performance by coaching and mentoring. The traits also create a supportive environment for employees that promotes career growth and patient engagement.
