EBP entails a problem-solving strategy that utilizes the best existing evidence to inform clinical decisions and ensure the provision of safe, quality, and optimal patient care, leading to improved patient outcomes (Portney, 2020).  The concept of inter-professional collaboration requires healthcare providers to work collaboratively in delivering patient healthcare to enhance patient outcomes (Wei et al., 2020). The utilization of the PICOT question is crucial in nursing because it assists in easing the process of evidence search to a dress a given nursing problem (Granger, 2020).

     NRS 493 Summary of Current Course Content Knowledge  The weekly objectives that I have no prior knowledge of include the determination of organizational needs assessment and selecting the best nursing intervention to address the organizational needs identified.
