Other outcomes that can be measured include competency checks and clinical points such as patient satisfaction and wound healing rates. According to Gethin et al. (2020), changes in staff knowledge in wound care improve their confidence and practices, leading to better patient outcomes such as reduced healing time and infections and improved patient satisfaction. However, these clinical outcomes require much time to observe and evaluate, which is not available for the project but will be considered in other stages after the project is integrated into routine practices.
