What theories, models, and/or frameworks would be useful in your project implementation? Describe them.
Kotter change management theory would be the main theory considered in the implementation of the proposed change. Kotter’s change management model focus on the people involved in the proposed change within an institution (Baloh et al., 2018). For instance, motivating nurses to adopt proposed change is to reduce nurse orders is defined in Kotter’s change management theory. Kotter’s change management theory is the best model for change because it invests in the power of employees in driving change. Many proposed changes in evidence-based practices have been failing because of the poor approach to these changes (Sittrop & Crosthwaite, 2021). The nurses at the center of the change need to understand the change fast and get the motivation to force these changes on the organization.

Leadership Strategies
Transformation leadership strategy would be the most effective strategy in the implementation of Congenital Heart Operation Room in Texas Children hospital. Effective leadership style applied in the healthcare industry is essential in strengthening and integrating new projects in healthcare delivery. Many healthcare institutions have failed to meet the magnet status because of poor leadership style that does not support change (Välimäki et al., 2018). In the recent past, the high quality of services offered in the health care institution often depended on the input of the nurses. This leadership style focus on the skills of each employee in ensuring the success of a project (Ferreira et al., 2020). Over the last years, transformational leadership has been important in creating and sustaining sound patient safety culture in most nursing homes. Besides, it develops a framework of rallying employees towards support a project that would have a great impact on the healthcare delivery process.

Leadership Video Reflection
Servant leadership is one of the leadership strategies that has been playing a significant role in healthcare. One of the two thing I gained from the principle of servant leadership on example is humility and acting as example to subjects. Humble leaders are able to show employees how things should be done and expect their employees to emulate their examples (Farrington & Lillah, 2018).
On the principle of headship, I have learned that headship is a divine calling of taking responsibility on the issues of leadership. A servant leader must be ready to own the mistakes of their employees and work towards solving the mistake and ensuring such mistakes do not happen in the future (Farrington & Lillah, 2018). The spirit of motivating employees to work hard comes from these principles as it teaches leaders on the important to equip their subjects with the desired skills.
On the issue of rule, I learnt that servant leaders have the ability to rule by supporting their subjects. Besides, the utmost rule of the employees is defined by the relationship that a leader develops with the employees. The friendship developed between employees and leaders allows them to lead without much resistance to the proposed rule (Martin, 2019). On the issue of authority, I first learnt that the authority is earned and not forced. Also, I learned that gaining authority as leader depend on the impact that a leader has on the skills and social life of the employees. On the issue of power, I learnt that power in leadership is within the employees. Ability to rally employees to obey and respect the given command is the ultimate power that I leader would ever want in any setting.
