The proposed topic/quality improvement initiative is, “Improved Electronic Medical Record Documentation”. This is a great topic for quality improvement initiative given that most healthcare organizations struggle with the management of patient’s data, a scenario that impacts quality healthcare delivery. Improved electronic medical record documentation can help to improve patient care and safety.
